A journey through the authentic flavors of a Sicilian kitchen — from hand-rolled pasta to fresh-caught crudo.

The Sicilian pasta, shaped by hand through our hearts. The locally made cavatelli, tagliatelle, and busiate using semolina from ancient Sicilian wheat fields shouldn't be missed. Paired with slow-simmered ragù, wild fennel, or fresh ricotta — every plate is a tribute to generations of nonnas.

From the wood-fired oven, blistered Neapolitan-style pizzas topped with estate-grown tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and wild Sicilian oregano. The smoke of olive wood, the char of the crust, the simplicity of perfect ingredients.

The Mediterranean "catch of the day" on the plate. Fresh-caught red prawns, brass and sea bream, snapper dressed with nothing but extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, and a whisper of citrus. Raw, or cooked, pure, and unforgettable.

Cannoli filled with fresh ricotta, almond granita with warm brioche, and cassata layered with marzipan and candied fruit. Our desserts celebrate the sweet legacy of Sicilian convents and the island's legendary almond and citrus harvests.
